Ashley was born and raised in Florida with real estate, renovation, and home design in her blood. With entrepreneurial parents who bought, renovated, sold, and rented many properties throughout her childhood, Ashley developed a passion for real estate and home design at an early age.

A graduate from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with concentrations in Marketing. Her early career path took her through rolls in customer service, management and banking but it wasn’t until 2016 that Ashley finally followed her true passion and became a professional Realtor. 

As a Realtor, Ashley devotes her time and energy to meeting and exceeding the needs of her clients before, during, and after each sale. Her specialties include selling, buying, and building new construction in Manatee County and surrounding areas. Ashley believes that great communication, local knowledge, and creative negotiating are the keys to a successful real estate experience. Her number one goal is to build a strong relationship with each and every client, so she becomes their Realtor for life. Ashley’s dedication to go above and beyond is evident in her many awards and client testimonials. She has received the 2018 Silver Sales Award for new construction sales, the 2019 Rising Star Award by the Women’s Council of Realtors and was Voted #1 Realtor in Manatee County by the Herald Tribune’s Readers’ Choice Awards in both 2019 & 2020!

Ashley also has a passion for helping her local heroes and offers programs that reward first responders, active and retired military, teachers, doctors, and nurses when buying or selling a home.
