Shannon Cooley is a Florida native and a second generation REALTOR®, she specializes in working with buyers and sellers in residential real estate in Manatee, Sarasota and Southern Hillsborough counties, including the areas of Apollo Beach, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish and Anna Maria Island. With her professionalism and expertise in real estate she delivers a fresh approach with exceptional customer service and the ability to deliver results. She is dedicated to each client and will work hard to find their perfect dream home. Shannon appreciates her client’s faith in her abilities to assist in the process, whether it is the pursuit of finding their dream home or selling their home, for the next step in their life. Shannon believes in giving back to the community in which she lives and works. She is currently on the PTO Board, involved in classroom parent events, participates on the School Advisory Council, as well as chairperson for several school events where her daughters attend public elementary school. Shannon is married to her husband Micheal and they have two daughters, Savannah and Sophia. In her personal time she enjoys fishing, boating, watching sunsets and time with her family and friends.
